Canadian Shipments Canadian Shipments will be $30 HIGHER than the above rates.

These charges are not under our control will be your responsibility.
Shipments to the UK and Beyond Shipments to the UK and most other countries will be $125 HIGHER than the above rates.

Our preferred shipping provider for US destinations is UPS, for destinations outside of the US we use USPS.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Products shipped to international destinations may have tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges will be your full responsibility.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on our schedule board. Depending on the time of year, shipping date estimates can range from 4 6 weeks average.
If you need something sooner, or have a "hard date" that you need your banners by, please call us and we will make every attempt to meet your deadline... we can move really fast, but you have to let us know!.
Returns
Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You may return most banners within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom Banners made specifically for your church which are not re-sell-able to other churches are not returnable for refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Important information
Returned banners improperly packaged may be unsalable and ineligible for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please contact us for packing instructions at 800-373-8027 or 360-686-3277.
